The Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W212) is a luxury sedan that was produced from 2010 to 2016. It is powered by a variety of engines, including gasoline, diesel, and hybrid. The E-Class has many electrical components that are protected by fuses.
The fuses in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W212) are identified by their amperage rating and a color-coded coding system. The amperage rating is printed on the top of the fuse. The color-coded coding system is used to identify the function of the fuse.

Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class are the fuses #71 (Front interior socket, Front cigarette lighter), #72 (Cargo area socket) in the Luggage Compartment Fuse Box, and fuse #9 (Glove compartment socket) in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.

- Engine Compartment: The fuse box is located in the engine compartment on the driver’s side, under the cover.
- Luggage Compartment: It is located on the right side of the luggage compartment, behind the cover.
